H.E. Mr. Amr Al-Dabbagh

CHAIRMAN

His Excellency Amr Al-Dabbagh is the CEO and Chairman of Al-Dabbagh Group (ADG), a family conglomerate headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. ADG was founded in 1962 by his father, His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Al-Dabbagh, the former Minister of Agriculture of the Kingdom. ADG employs 15,000 employees globally through its portfolio of 62 companies. It has a manufacturing presence in 35 countries and sales, services, and projects in over 60 countries. 

ADG has six strategic business portfolios with a flagship company for each. These are Food, Auto, Housing, Packaging, Retail, and EduTech. 

Over the course of a thirty-year career, His Excellency has served in public office for two four-year terms as Governor (with a rank of Minister) of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). He was elected for two terms to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and appointed for two terms to the Makkah Regional Council.

Mr. Osama Zakaria Jamjoom

Mr. Osama Zakaria Jamjoom is an Independent Board of Director for Red Sea International Company.

Mr. Mohammed Zaher Al-Munajjed

Mr. Mohammed Zaher Al-Munajjed has over 30 years of experience in leading positions, playing key roles in building and developing businesses and advising large family business groups in Saudi Arabia, he also has hands-on knowledge of business reorganization and restructuring, turnaround situations, and acquisition deals, in addition to being a Board Member in a number of joint-stock companies. Graduate in Business Administration (MBA) from the Harvard Business School and holds a Masters in French International Law from St Joseph University in Beirut. He is also Chairman of the Harvard business school club of the GCC.

Mr. Khalid Mohammed Fagih

Mr. Khalid Mohammed Fagih comes with over 26-year track record in business management and corporate leadership transformation. His professional track record spans a number of finance disciplines including corporate banking, risk management, digitization, project finance, and investment banking. His last post was the General Manager of Samba’s Corporate Banking Group. Mr. Khalid has extensive experience in managing high-profile transactions with government and private sector companies, to foster tactical partnerships that can deliver significant value for the company.

Mr. Peter Walichnowski

Mr. Peter Walichnowski has more than 40 years of international experience, including a number of leadership positions within the GCC region, such as CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties and CEO of Al Ghurair Properties in Dubai where he was responsible for developing major real estate projects that included shopping malls, hotels, and mixed-use communities, including the iconic Mall of the Emirates. He has held leadership positions in Australia, United Kingdom, Korea, and China. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales Australia. He has completed a number of management and governance training courses from Harvard Business School in America, and INSEAD in Switzerland. He is currently the CEO of Omran - Oman Tourism Development Company.

Mr. Mujahid AbdulKareem AlGain

Mr. Mujahid AbdulKareem AlGain is an Independent Board of Director for Red Sea International Company.

Mr. Sami Ahmed Binmahfouz

Mr. Sami Ahmed Binmahfouz acquired his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance from Ohio State University and excelled in the executive program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He has amassed more than 30 years of experience in banking operations and credit instruments and policies, having served in different leading positions at the National Commercial Bank including head of Risk Management and chief risk officer.

Mr. Taher Agueel

Mr. Taher Agueel earned Master and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas, at Arlington (U.S.A.), trained at The Chase Manhattan Bank (NY), and attended development programs at world-class institutions like Harvard, Oxford, and INSEAD. He also served on the Boards of many companies; and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of several private and listed companies including the Kingdom Holding Company, Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company, Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Bidaya Home Finance Company. Mr. Agueel has distinguished background and experience in the fields of finance, investment, real estate, and corporate arena in Saudi Arabia.
