
Established in 1991, this is one of the two oldest manufacturing facilities of Red Sea, located at Jubail, the strategic industrial for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With well-planned and developed infrastructure and supporting industries, the facility currently serves the demands of the local Saudi Arabian market, and the neighboring GCC countries such as Kuwait and Bahrain, Qatar.
With 770 personnel working at the manufacturing facility, the factory has an annual production capacity of 281,000 m2, on an area comprising of 7,128 m2. The factory’s site operations & maintenance are supported by an additional 700 personnel. Though mostly specializing in the construction of wood-based specifications, the facility is equipped with the functionalities required for producing Red Sea’s other specifications for brands like Steel and Roughneck.
Having in-house architectural and design capabilities using modern computer-based designing systems, enables the facility to cater to the housing needs of a diverse customer base with a host of innovative products and solutions. The manufacturing machinery and equipment installed in this facility include FrameCAD machine, welding machines, fiberglass unit, overhead hoists, compressors, forklifts, sheet metal cutting, and bending machines, and assorted carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tools. This facility has in-house maintenance and repair capabilities to handle technical defects and ensure seamless operations.
The factory has an inventory capacity of three yards to stack manufactured units prior to its shipment and also to store units retrieved post lease period.
